This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in communications to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting clear and compelling messages that effectively communicate our brand, values, and initiatives to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft clear, concise, and engaging content for internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and company announcements.
- Assist in managing social media platforms by creating and scheduling content that aligns with the company’s messaging and marketing objectives.
- Support the communications team in planning and executing public relations campaigns and events to enhance company visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports to inform senior management about public perception and communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and take direction from senior staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
