We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maritime and Events Hospitality Coordinator to join our Business Development Team . Reporting to the Senior Events Manager , the candidate will assist with event planning, logistics, and partnership initiatives. This role offers exposure to the full event lifecycle—from initial concept and planning to execution and post-event analysis—while also providing logistical and operational support for company infrastructure and housing.

• Assist with all aspects of event planning, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, swag ordering, collateral shipping, transportation, accommodations, invitations, RSVP tracking, registration, contracts, staffing, and post-event recaps.
• Support creation of communications to promote events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent the company professionally at events, providing excellent hospitality and clear communication via phone, email, and in person.
• Act as host and operational lead at Corporate and Member events

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in event planning and execution.
• Understanding of luxury brands and market trends.
• Passion for yachting, luxury experiences, and hospitality.
• 3-5 years experience in hospitality, events or marketing
