** The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate;

and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.#

** What Is the Opportunity?
** We are seeking an experienced Marketing leader who has a passion for introducing new brands and categories to the market, as we aim to increase brand awareness of Simply Business in the US. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in brand strategy, Go-to-Market, PR, and creative management and will thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to elevate our brand in the market and drive business results. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
* Define compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that inform and elevate our overall go-to-market strategy. Regularly test and iterate on messaging throughout the funnel to optimize creative performance.
* Lead our design team in creating compelling and innovative campaigns that capture our brand essence and drive performance for the business.
* Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and loyalty.  Identify and activate strategic partnerships opportunities to improve brand visibility and credibility.
* Manage public relations and external communications efforts to build and maintain a positive brand reputation and media presence. Develop our social media strategy and drive visibility across organic channels and LLM’s.
