** THE ROLE
** Joining our team provides opportunities to share your voice and talents, tackle challenging problems, create solutions and collaborate with dedicated co-workers. This Co-op experience provides participants with meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. In addition to daily responsibilities, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a series of structured activities designed to enhance their learning experience including:  
* Co-Op New Hire Orientation
* Senior Leadership Speaker Series
* Social & Networking Events
* Presentation Challenges  At the conclusion of this position, co-ops will have increased their knowledge of investing, the asset management industry, employee engagement, and a firm understanding of how marketing works at an asset manager.

MFS co-op positions are a 6-month commitment, working Monday – Friday (beginning on Wednesday, January 13th through Friday June 25th, 2027), and work between 35-40 hours. Our program is designed for undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a co-op program through their college or university and can meet our requirements.  
** Job Summary
** The MFS Global Campaigns & Content Marketing Co-op supports MFS' Global Campaigns & Content team and will be an integral part of the team, involved in many facets of day-to-day marketing operations.  
** WHAT YOU WILL DO
*** Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and content initiatives
* Assist with webinar and webcast programs, including promotional materials, reporting, and follow-up activities
* Provide PowerPoint and presentation support for Marketing and Creative Design projects
* Maintain and improve training manual for future co-op onboarding
* Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
* Maintain and update standard marketing materials
* Provide administrative and project support to the Global Campaigns & Content team
* Perform additional duties as needed  
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*** Successful candidates will have an interest in marketing, communications, business, finance, or design
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Interest in digital marketing, content management, and analytics
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Power Point
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment  
** Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00
