You’ll drive Shine Quo’s partnership and community strategy by connecting with colleges, student clubs, and brands to amplify our reach and impact.

Your success = active campus communities + brand collaborations that attract students.

Goal:
Secure multiple partnerships through campus or brand-led programs and execute collaborative community driven events.

• Identify and build relationships with colleges, student clubs, and partner organizations aligned with Shine Quo’s mission.
• Collaborate with the founder and advisors to design partnership proposals and outreach campaigns.
• Plan and execute on-campus, off-campus or virtual events that engage students in growth, leadership, and wellness.
• Develop and manage an ambassador or referral program that drives student participation.
• Track and report engagement metrics, conversion rates, and feedback to improve future initiatives.

• Partnership development, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Community building and event strategy in higher education.
• Communication and storytelling for mission-driven collaborations.
• Analytics for measuring community ROI and engagement success.
• Startup collaboration dynamics and cross-functional teamwork.
• Launch multiple student or brand partnerships.
• Increase student activations or sign-ups.
• Deliver post-event or campaign reports with engagement metrics.
• Maintain consistent outreach documentation and updates in CRM.
• Direct mentorship from the Founder and strategic advisors.
