* About the Role:
** Junior Achievement of Greater Boston (JA) seeks a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager (SCPM). Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will contribute to fundraising and external relations that sustain and grow JA of Greater Boston’s annual budget. The current budget is approximately $3.1 million and expected to grow significantly in the coming years as we implement our evolving strategic vision.
The SCPM will serve on a Development Team comprised of five full-time employees and one part-time contractor.
The CPM plays a vital role in JA of Greater Boston’s success by securing new corporate revenues and retaining and maximizing current funders. The SCPM will set and implement JAGB’s annual and multi-year corporate fundraising strategy. Specific areas of focus include corporate grantmaking, employee giving programs, employee volunteerism, event sponsor ships, and more.
The SCPM must be a personable, team-oriented leader who is passionate about Junior Achievement’s mission of advancing educational equity. A successful Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously, and adept at managing both internal and external relationships.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, providing the option to work both remotely and in JA’s Innovation Centers in Charlestown and Lawrence. The CDO will be supplied with a laptop and monitor, must have reliable internet, and must have reliable access to a vehicle or be able to commute to sites, donors, and prospects without issue.

Cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of corporate donors.b.
Work alongside the CDO to secure major, multi-year corporate commitments through sponsor ships and grantmaking.c.
Lead on the creation of a corporate prospect pipeline. This includes qualifying donors within JAGB’s existing relationship database, as well as conducting research to generate new business.d.
Develop customized partnership proposals that align company interests with organizational priorities. Consult and collaborate with teammates across program areas as necessary to ensure that corporate relationships benefit both fundraising efforts as well as programmatic objectives.e.
Work alongside the CDO to engage Board Members and Associate Board Members to facilitate new partnership opportunities.f.
