Our Commitment to DEI
At Arrowstreet, we believe that what gets measured gets done. Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is ongoing and active. We treat our DEI Plan as a living document—tracking our progress, identifying areas for growth, and continually removing barriers. We know this work is never done, and we’re committed to evolving our practice with transparency and accountability.
Our Culture
We pair team members in intentional ways to foster reciprocal, career-growing relationships. Our mentorship program focuses on skill-building, performance enhancement, and long-term development—with the goal of growing the next generation of leaders.
Professional DevelopmentWe support continuous learning through flexible professional development benefits—including funding and dedicated hours for classes, certifications, conferences, or new skills. We encourage all team members to take charge of their career growth, and we make sure they have the resources to do it.
Wellness means something different to everyone. That’s why we offer a variety of programs to support a balanced lifestyle—both in and out of the office. Whether it’s group fitness, quiet meditation, or outdoor adventures, we believe when our people feel good, they do their best work.
In the Community
We’re deeply engaged in the communities where we live and work. Through service days, pro bono initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations, we use design as a tool for connection, equity, and impact.

For seven years in a row, Arrowstreet has adopted children’s wish lists for the holidays in partnership with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This year, we continued our partnership with Wonder fund to support some of the most vulnerable children in DCF custody and foster care, fulfilling wish lists for 29 children and providing gift cards for 10 teens.

Pie in the SkyEvery year as we approach Thanksgiving, our Office Manager Kristin Poch and Kate Bubriski, Director of Sustainability & Building Performance, team up to sell pies and raise funds for Community Servings’ Pie in the Sky annual bake sale. Each Thanksgiving pie purchase provides a full week of nourishing meals to individuals and families across Massachusetts and Rhode Island who are living with critical or chronic illnesses.
Give Back. Get Pie.

ABCD Holiday Food DriveAs the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to recognize the challenges many in our community are facing. To help support those in need, Arrowstreet partnered with ABCD to launch a Holiday Meal Food Drive. This initiative is an opportunity for us to come together as a team and make a meaningful impact for our neighbors who may be going without.
Community
Every year, Arrowstreet volunteers at the Jimmy Fund Walk, helping with event setup, registration, water and snack stations, cheering on walkers, and clean-up. In addition to volunteering, we’ve organized multiple fundraisers for the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber and even participated in a 5K walk as an Arrowstreet team. Together, we’ve raised over $12,000 for these charities—an incredible 90% of which came from contributions by Arrowstreeters.
