Development & Campaign Operations Associate

A leading non-profit organization in Boston is seeking a Development Associate and Campaign Coordinator. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Development Officer and assisting with campaign-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a BS/BA or equivalent, prior development experience, strong writing and organizational skills. The position may require flexibility in working hours and occasional presence on campus during the summer months.

Salary range is between $66,000 and $78,500.
