  • Develop and manage communication workflows for key constituencies to deepen donor relationships and increase engagement with Catholic Charities.
  • Produce customized stewardship and impact reports for major donors in partnership with prospect managers.

  • Collaborate with Executive and Advancement teams to plan and manage annual fundraising events, delivering high‑quality, mission‑driven guest experiences.
  • Support regional advisory council fundraisers and engagement activities—including ribbon cuttings, space dedications, panels, and donor events—by providing meeting materials, program support, and event communications.
  • Support video projects for Spring Celebration and other events or digital initiatives as needed.
  • Create outlines for tours of all program sites for donors, prospects, Board Members, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Advancement team’s direct‑marketing agency, overseeing timelines, production, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team to keep messaging aligned with program updates and client stories.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop social media campaigns supporting fundraising initiatives, events, donor recognition, and engagement opportunities.
