Donor Engagement Associate; TBF

Focused on donor retention and stewardship of the Foundation’s donors with an emphasis on advisors to Donor Advised Funds, this position will organize and leverage opportunities for the department to proactively steward and engage donors. Often this is accomplished by planning donor outreach activities to better coincide with donor solicitations, organizing nonprofit learning sessions and donor dialogues in collaboration with the Program department, and researching and developing new philanthropic and investment models alongside the Senior Director.

This position also plays a central role in helping to organize and leverage the Senior Director’s impact both internally and externally. We seek an organized, solutions-oriented, self-directed, and flexible person who will be a committed and contributing team player.

Budgeted Salary: $48,000.00 to $53,000.00
