The Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras is seeking an Associate Director of Individual Giving to lead the annual giving program and manage donor events, including the annual gala.
The ideal candidate will have fundraising experience, knowledge of the non-profit sector, and be comfortable with face-to-face donor solicitations of $1,000+. You will be managing a small team and reporting to the Director of Development.
