More Than Words in Boston and Waltham seeks a Volunteer Manager—an MTW alumnus—to lead group volunteer events, onboard individuals, and maintain communication with 30–40 volunteers while supporting donation processing and event logistics. You will manage calendars, coordinate with site staff, greet volunteers, track sign‑in/out, and help cultivate donor relations.
This role supports the Advancement team and requires in‑person work Mon–Fri with some weekend availability.
