Description

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position with a hybrid schedule.

The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000.

THE POSITION

The Development & Campaign Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and project support for fundraising initiatives, capital campaign activities, donor engagement, and special events. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role helps ensure development activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to donor service and collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Development Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Coordinate donor meetings and manage follow‑up communications and stewardship activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for board, committee, volunteer, and donor meetings
  • Support capital campaign activities, including donor tracking, pledge documentation, reporting, and campaign communications
  • Maintain accurate donor and prospect records and generate reports and lists using the fundraising database
  • Coordinate fundraising events, donor cultivation activities, and recognition events, including RSVP management, registration, and onsite logistics
  • Support auction operations, including procurement, item tracking, catalog preparation, and bidder communications
  • Provide onsite support for fundraising events, including occasional evening and weekend coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and stakeholders to support development goals
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, administrative support, or a related office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with fundraising databases, preferably Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge
  • Prior experience in nonprofit development, donor relations, capital campaigns, or fundraising events
  • Experience with event coordination or auction operations
  • Familiarity with prospect research and donor stewardship practices

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer‑based work
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to support occasional evening and weekend events
