The DREAM Program in Boston is seeking a part-time Mentor Coordinator to support Youth Service Managers and recruit/train volunteer mentors for the Village Mentoring program.
You will work 10-15 hours per week in the late afternoon/evening with some weekends, coordinating chapter activities, ensuring a 1:1 mentor–mentee ratio, and assisting with background checks and youth document compliance.
