You will lead entry-level donor development (gifts up to $25,000) and oversee community fundraising programs (Marathon, Winter Walk, affinity groups), driving growth and engagement.
Develop a clear year-over-year revenue vision, mentor the team, and collaborate with Operations and Research to optimize data-driven strategies across campaigns.
