Literations in Boston, MA is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to recruit volunteers as Literacy Coaches and build partnerships in local communities. This non-exempt, hourly role offers 20–25 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule and a $23–$27 per hour pay rate.
Work hours fall between 9 AM and 6 PM EST, with some nights and weekends for events. You will engage with residents, promote opportunities online and in-person, and report to the Deputy Director.
