Uncommon Schools is a nonprofit network of high-performing public charter schools dedicated to closing the college completion gap and serving economically disadvantaged communities. Based in Boston, we are seeking a Step Squad Coordinator to lead a beginner stepping program that builds rhythm, teamwork, and performance.
You will coach students after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays (2:25pm–3:25pm) from September through May, and support them during long-term projects and exhibitions.
