Blood Donor Recruitment Associate

Role: Responsible for recruiting blood donors through telephone and mail, developing strategies to maximize participation, and coordinating with recruitment, collection, and administrative teams.

Maintains accurate records, compiles statistical reports, and sets annual collection goals.

• Engages potential donors via outreach efforts and educational presentations.
• Develops and implements strategies to work with sponsor groups, employees, and families for donor participation.
• Participates in promotional activities, develops materials, and maintains supplies.
• Trains new staff and manages specific programs to foster donor relationships.
• Contributes to the promotional budget and attends offsite events as needed.

• High school diploma/GED with at least two years of work experience; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in donor recruitment or related fields is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational skills, and ability to educate and motivate donors.

Full-time, part remote/hybrid, with standard 40-hour workweeks.
