The mission of the International Institute of New England (IINE) is to create opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship. One of the oldest and largest human services organizations for New Americans in the region, IINE serves more than 9,000 people each year in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire.

Our programs include case management, youth and family services, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), employment and skills training, and immigration legal services.

A dynamic, forward-looking, and rapidly growing non-profit organization, we seek well-qualified, solutions-focused candidates who are experts in their respective fields. Successful candidates will join a committed team of professional staff and volunteers who are devoted to welcoming and serving new Americans.

Overview

At the International Institute of New England (IINE), we believe that refugees, immigrants, and asylum seekers strengthen our communities and deserve the opportunity to build lives of safety, belonging, and economic opportunity. Every day, our staff help individuals and families navigate the challenges of resettlement, learn English, secure employment, reunite with loved ones, access legal protection, and create a foundation for long-term success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting mission and philanthropy. Whether your background is in major gifts, sales, business development, account management, or strategic partnerships, you are energized by building trust, identifying opportunities, and inspiring people to invest in causes that matter.

Through thoughtful engagement, compelling storytelling, and strategic solicitations, you will translate IINE's impact into meaningful giving opportunities and help secure the resources needed to advance our mission.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and deeply motivated by both relationship building and results. You enjoy meeting new people, creating opportunities where others see obstacles, and turning conversations into lasting partnerships. Most importantly, you believe that philanthropy can be a powerful force for welcoming and empowering those seeking a brighter future.
