SEIU invites applications for an Organizer-in-Training on the East Coast. The 12-month program trains workers to help non-union employees join unions and learn organizing fundamentals.
As an OIT, you will be assigned to campaigns, develop leadership among workers, and gain hands-on experience to build power in workplaces. This full-time position offers a pathway into labor organizing with SEIU.
