Minds Matter Boston is seeking a Director of Development (DoD) to serve as the lead fundraiser and a senior member of the leadership team. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to shape and lead development strategy, expand fundraising efforts, and manage a growing development team.
The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of experience in fundraising, with skills in cultivating individual and institutional supporters. The Director will design and execute strategies to significantly increase revenue, engage stakeholders, and contribute to the organization’s growth and mission of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
