If you're passionate about social justice, human rights, or environmental change, this fundraising role lets you turn that passion into real-world impact.

Public Outreach works with leading nonprofit organizations to engage communities across Boston and grow long-term monthly support through face-to-face conversations.

• Speak with the public about important social and environmental causes

• Represent nonprofit organizations in Boston communities

• Inspire people to become monthly supporters

• Work outdoors in active, team-based environments

• Participate in street and door outreach campaigns

• Passion for social impact or community work

• Strong communication skills

• Comfort speaking with new people daily

• Reliable availability (4 shifts/week minimum)

• Willingness to work outdoors

• Positive and motivated attitude

Experience in activism, volunteering, nonprofit work, or advocacy is a plus—but not required.

• $20/hour guaranteed pay (no commission)
