Team IMPACTis a national nonprofitorganizationpromotinghealthy social and emotional development for children living with serious illness and disability,by matching them with college athletic teams.

The team provides an extended support network forchildrenand families using astrength-based, future-focused perspective.

To date, Team IMPACT has matchedmorethan 4,500kids on overeight hundred(800) campuses nationally, and
100,000 student athletes haveparticipatedin the program.

Position Summary

As a member of the leadershipteamthe

Principal Gift Directorwillidentify, cultivate,solicit,and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, prospects,donors, and family foundations.

The Principal Gifts Directorwillwork closely withthe

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) andthedevelopmentleadershipteamon fundraising strategies,participateinkeyorganizational events and meetings, andcollaboratewith internal and external stakeholders on fundraising events.

The ideal candidates must beexperiencedinthedevelopment, fundraising,and non-profits area.

This position reports to the National Director of Developmentandpartnerswith the CEO.The salary range for this position isXXKtoXXXKannually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for identifying, cultivating,soliciting,andmanagingamajorgiftsportfolio ofhigh-net-worthindividualscapable of giving $100,000 or more annually.
  • Managea portfolio of approximately one hundred and fifty(150) prospects.
  • Developprospectsengagement strategies with an emphasis onbuildingand managing long-term relationships.
  • Partner withthe

    Annual Giving and Individual Givingteamon fundraisinggoalsand strategies.
  • As an organizationalleadercontributetodevelopment and fundraising best practices.
  • Collaborate with internalteamsandexternal stakeholders on fundraising events nationally.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of10 yearsofproven experience indevelopmentandfundraising, specifically in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship ofhigh net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional communication skills,oral,written,and presentation.
  • Possess the ability to clearly articulate Team IMPACT’s mission and vision.
  • Displayahigh levelof integrity,creativity,and motivation.
  • Displaya strong work ethic andbeself-starter.
  • Abilitytotravel extensively, including attending eventsin the evenings,and weekends.
