Newborn Nursery Nurse Practitioner
The Boston Medical Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking full-time Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners to provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborn babies. These opportunities are in the BMC Newborn Nursery, a busy and innovative birthing center serving culturally and socio-economically diverse families. We are part of the state patient-centered medical home collaborative with on-site social work, case management, and subspecialty services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborns in the BMC Newborn Nursery.
- Collaborate within a team that includes on-site social work, case management, and subspecialty services as part of a patient-centered medical home.
- Current license to practice as an RN and a certificate to practice as an NP issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Registration in Nursing.
- Two years of experience as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus.
