What We’re Looking For- Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of OR circulating and/or scrubbing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-moving outpatient OR
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient safety and quality
- Flexible scheduling: choice of 2 - 4 shifts per week
