Position Overview:

• Manage your own panel of patients, emphasizing health promotion and chronic disease management.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnostic testing, and care planning.
• Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain a weekly schedule of 32 clinical hours (80 patient appointments) within a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts CNP or PA license, with BLS certification.
• Experience: Completion of a Family Medicine NP residency or 2 years in primary care (preferably in a community health setting).
• Skills: Bilingual Spanish
