patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a
well-established, high-quality Urgent Care practice located just south of
Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong
clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver efficient, high-quality care
in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Providers must be comfortable treating
patients of all ages.
* Full-Time Position Details:
* Schedule:
Three hour, 12 hour shifts per week
* Compensation: $115,000 –
$145,000 annually, plus productivity incentives

* Part-Time Position Details:
* * Compensation: $65 – $70 per
hour
* Schedule:
Two 12-hour shifts
per week

* Responsibilities:
* * Evaluate, diagnose, and
treat urgent care patients of all ages
* Perform minor procedures
(suturing, splinting, wound care, I&Ds)
* Order and interpret X-rays
and basic labs
* Prescribe medications and
manage treatment plans
* Educate patients and provide
discharge instructions
* Document care in the EMR and
collaborate with the care team
* Adhere to all clinical,
safety, and regulatory standards
* Requirements:
* * Graduate of an accredited
Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) program
* Current Massachusetts NP or
PA license or eligibility for licensure
* National board certification
(AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
* Minimum of 1 year of urgent
care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and
ability to work independently
* Proficiency in minor
procedures and acute care management
* Excellent communication and
teamwork skills
* DEA registration (or ability
to obtain)
