• Deliver kind, compassionate, and respectful care to all residents
• Assess, chart, and report changes in residents’ conditions, including responses to medications and treatments
• Perform basic nursing care and treatments, including taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc)
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, residents, and families regarding resident status and care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassified or 50 pounds with assistance
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
