Position: Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing pulmonary medicine practice just south of Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced pulmonologists in asupportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality,patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions
  • Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing disease management for pulmonary patients
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including PFTs, imaging, and laboratory tests
  • Develop and implementevidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide patient education ondisease management and preventive care
  • Document patient encountersaccurately in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate closely withpulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
  • Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience inpulmonary medicine preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
