WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for a local contract at a prestigious hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Job Function:
- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.
Manage care for adult and pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and interventions.
Support, educate, and comfort patients and their families during emergency care.
Communicate closely with healthcare team and independently identify need for early intervention.
Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic tests.
Perform medical procedures including IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, and blood draws.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license for the state of Massachusetts.
- 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience is required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
