About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional perioperative care in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality surgical experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field
- Monitor patient status throughout the surgical process and respond to any changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responses
- Collaborate with pre‑op and post‑op teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Current RN license in the state of [State]
- Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
