RN LPN Nurse Night Shift Supervisor

St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full-time, RN LPN Nurse Night Shift Supervisor to join our team.

• Serves as a clinical leader for the 11pm-7am shift.
• Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process.
• Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions.
• Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed.
• Assists with the admission process.
• Helps staff respond timely in an emergency.
• Conducts rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care.
• Communicates and assists families and visitors.
