Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a day/night rotating position at a prestigious Boston-area hospital, requiring an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
Responsibilities- NICU setting within a large academic hospital system in Boston, MA
- 3x12 day/night rotating shift schedule
- 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week scheduling period
- Epic used for charting
- Local candidates are welcome to apply; candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced pay rate
- No public parking is available at Boston-area locations; public parking lots are available nearby at candidate expense, and public transportation is encouraged
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
- RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- NRP certification required (AHA only — Red Cross not accepted for this position)
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration
