About the Position
We are seeking a skilled,
patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a
well-established, high-quality Urgent Care practice located just south of
Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong
clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver efficient, high-quality care
in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Providers must be comfortable treating
patients of all ages.
Full-Time Position Details:
Schedule:
Three, 12 hour shifts per week
Compensation: $115,000 –
$145,000 annually, plus productivity incentives

Part-Time Position Details:
Compensation: $65 – $70 per
hour
Schedule:
Two 12-hour shifts
per week

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and
treat urgent care patients of all ages
Perform minor procedures
(suturing, splinting, wound care, I&Ds)
Order and interpret X-rays
and basic labs
Prescribe medications and
manage treatment plans
Educate patients and provide
discharge instructions
Document care in the EMR and
collaborate with the care team
Adhere to all clinical,
safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited
Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) program
Current Massachusetts NP or
PA license or eligibility for licensure
National board certification
(AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
Minimum of 1 year of urgent
care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and
ability to work independently
Proficiency in minor
procedures and acute care management
Excellent communication and
teamwork skills
DEA registration (or ability
to obtain)
