Nursing Supervisor - Full Time
Arbour Hospital is hiring for a full time, day shift Nursing Supervisor. This is a Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm position.

Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient‑focused approach to behavioral healthcare.

We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that addresses individualized behavioral health needs. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community‑based programs, and day treatment.
- Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for /7 operations
- Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Provide milieu management
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2-3 years of RN experience
- Previous RN management, supervisory, or leadership experience
