The Nursing Supervisor for Evening/Nights at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital is responsible for overseeing administrative, operational, and clinical responsibilities during evening and night shifts. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to lead and ensure optimal patient care in a dynamic environment.

• Facility: Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift

• Supervise patient care through verification of the nursing process.
• Ensure appropriate intervention in situations like patient deterioration or equipment malfunctions.
• Serve as off-shift patient care representative and address patient or family concerns.
• Conduct rounds of all patient care areas and define expectations for reporting.
• Collaborate with support services to coordinate clinical patient care and environmental needs.
• Follow through to resolve patient needs and safety-related issues.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience required; 2-3 years of lead nursing experience required
