Our Client is seeking a PMHNP to participate as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans that meet the objectives, standards and policies of the PACE model of care.

• $130,000 - $170,000 Salary Based on Experience

• Board Certification as a PMHNP
• Current License to Practice Medicine in Massachusetts
• Two Years of Experience as a PMHNP
• Current Massachusetts DEA Prescription Privileges
• Current CPR Certification

• Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)
• 10-15 Patients Per Day
• No On Call
• Collaborate as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team
