About This Role

The RN in the MICU at Mass General Brigham provides critical care to a variety of complex respiratory and medical patients, ensuring safe and competent nursing care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly
• Location: Boston, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Department/Unit: MICU
• Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education: BSN strongly preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of med/surg experience; ICU experience preferred

  Certifications:
  
  Current RN License in Massachusetts required, ACLS and CCRN certifications preferred
