Travel Critical Care Nurse in Boston, MA

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert support to ICU patients on a contract basis. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Balanced split: 50% day shifts, 50% night shifts
• Every other weekend (EOW) rotation
• Every other holiday (EOH) rotation

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in acute care inpatient or current ICU setting
• At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patients' conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, care providers, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
