Shifts:
7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care, assists with activities of daily living, and ensures residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You’ll work alongside Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Unit Managers to support high-quality, resident-centered care and maintain accurate documentation.

- Deliver direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Support Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses in care delivery
- Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
- Serve as a mentor and role model for other Certified Nursing Assistants
