Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and BLS certification (state eligibility)
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a Med Surg setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Comfortable adapting to new electronic medical record systems
• Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of care

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients on a Medical-Surgical unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform procedures within RN scope
• Support patients and families with education and resources throughout recovery
