As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential daily care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe and compassionate care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents as needed
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Provide routine hygiene care and ensure resident comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to deliver high-quality care
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply

- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available
