Registered Nurse – Oncology (Nurse Coordinator/Navigator)

Boston, MA

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time) | No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

• Serve as a Nurse Coordinator/Navigator within a hematology/oncology clinic setting
• Provide direct patient care and coordination across 27 treatment bays and clinic exam rooms focused on solid tumor patients
• Manage patient care using Epic EMR, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Apply knowledge of inpatient management principles to support patient transitions and care continuity
• Administer and oversee chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in accordance with established protocols

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Demonstrated oncology nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Knowledge of inpatient management practices

• Chemo biotherapy certification highly preferred
• Prior experience in a nurse coordinator or navigator role within an oncology clinic environment

• Clinic-based position with a predictable day schedule — no call, no weekends, and no holidays required
• Guaranteed hours biweekly provide stable, consistent employment throughout the duration of the contract
