Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Boston, MA

Contract | Night Shift | 72 Hours Guaranteed Biweekly

• Scrub and/or circulate in a high-volume Level I Trauma OR environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties
• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing procedures including kidney and liver transplants, neurosurgery, orthopedic trauma, spine, bariatric, robotic surgery, ENT, GYN, urology, and major plastic reconstruction
• Support organ procurement procedures as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes across 10 operating rooms
• Adapt to varied scheduling needs including holiday coverage as required per contract terms

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in kidney transplant, liver transplant, and organ procurement procedures
• Experience in neuro and spine surgery
• Experience in orthopedic trauma surgery
• Proficiency in robotic surgery (scrub and/or circulate)
• Current flu vaccination required prior to placement

• Experience scrubbing and circulating in ENT (head and neck), GYN, and urology procedures
• Background in bariatric and major plastic reconstruction surgery
• Experience in a Level I Trauma center environment

• Work in a dynamic, high-acuity surgical environment covering a broad and diverse range of complex surgical specialties
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly provides consistent, reliable compensation throughout your contract
