Position: Travel LPN - Long Term Care [Falmouth, MA] - LPNLTC 0528 RR#01
Job Title: LPN - Long Term Care
Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week | 8-hour Day/Evening Shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Every other weekend and holiday required
Travel Pay:
Starting from $2,000/week


Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. This role involves direct resident care, supervision of support staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and administer medications
  • Supervise CNAs and support staff during assigned shifts
  • Complete accurate charting, documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment plans
  • Administer treatments such as catheter care, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, and blood draws
  • Collect lab specimens and perform routine testing
  • Coordinate care with physicians, residents, and families
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, resident rights, and facility policies
  • Support overall patient care and daily operations
Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications
  • Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LPN License
  • BLS/CPR/AED Certification - Required
Education
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Experience
  • Long-term care experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills
  • Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
