Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a Magnet recognized organization seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal ICU (NICU) at our main campus. This 36‑hour day/night rotation position offers an opportunity to provide high‑level, evidence‑based care to Level II & III newborns in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.

Job Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care in the NICU Department, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
- Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter‑professional colleagues
- Update and manage patient records
- Enter and interpret computerized data/information
- Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
- Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- At least 9 months of NICU Level III RN experience highly preferred.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification required in certain units.
- Educational qualifications:
Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred). Ability to obtain a BSN within 4 years. - Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty certification required for certain practice areas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to meet job responsibilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in another language is a plus.

$38.05–$75.33 per hour, based on minimum job qualifications.
