  • Shift Differentials:
    • $1.00/hour for 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts
    • $1.50/hour for 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
    • $2.00/hour for all weekend shifts

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct resident care
, monitor health and vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Unit Managers to ensure the highest level of care.

• Deliver personal care and support to residents
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs
• Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
