Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Outpatient – 5-Day Workweek | No Weekends | Benefits + Bonus)

Most primary care practices hand NPs a packed schedule, a physician looking over their shoulder, and a documentation system that eats their evenings. This one was built differently. A patient-centered primary care practice in Hudson, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced NP to join an integrated team of NPs and DNPs managing their own patient panels under one supervising physician — with AI-powered documentation tools, dedicated MA and administrative support, on-site lab services, and a culture that was deliberately designed around collaboration, clinical independence, and provider wellbeing.

You’ll practice with real autonomy, manage a defined patient panel, and contribute to a mission-driven team that takes innovation in care delivery seriously. Monday–Friday, outpatient only, RVU productivity bonus on top of a competitive base, and one of the more complete benefits packages in Massachusetts primary care — HSA, FSA, paid parental leave, malpractice covered, and 401(k) with matching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
  • Manage an independent patient panel with a high degree of clinical autonomy
  • Apply evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical judgment across the lifespan
  • Use AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with NP, DNP, and MD colleagues for care continuity and excellence
  • Participate in care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster a collegial, mission-driven team environment focused on patient-centered care
Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license
  • FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, or ANP credential
  • MSN or DNP from accredited program required
  • Minimum 3–5 years primary care NP experience required — more experience preferred
  • Proven ability to practice independently within a collaborative team
  • Exceptional communication and clinical reasoning skills
Schedule & Compensation
  • Competitive salary + RVU productivity bonus
  • Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
  • Outpatient only | In-person
  • 401(k) with matching | HSA and FSA | PTO/sick days
  • Paid parental leave | CEU assistance | Malpractice covered
  • Immediate hire
