Job Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care in the inpatient behavioral health setting, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
- Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter‑professional colleagues
- Update and manage patient records
- Enter and interpret computerized data/information
- Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
- Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree:
Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); ability to obtain BSN within 4 years - 1+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience preferred
- Certification in basic life support (BLS)
- Experience with electronic health record preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to meet job responsibilities

Compensation Range: $39.02 - $90.05
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive and includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
