Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care, implement procedures, and provide compassionate, tailored care in rehabilitation settings. This role supports seamless operations, fosters teamwork, and ensures high‑quality patient outcomes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff, including on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline.
• Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position.
• Certified Registered Respiratory Nurse (CRRN) certification to be obtained within one year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, with responsibility for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
